Q1.What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 1,000pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order.
Q2.Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide exsting sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Samples charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity. We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL.
Q3.How long is the sample lead time?
For our existing samples, it is 2-3 days. For your customized samples, it is 7-10 days.
Q4.How long is the production lead time?
It takes 45 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
Q5.What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is TT, 30% deposit after order signed and 70% against copy of B/L. We also accept L/C at sight.
